WAKE FOREST, NC - November 18, 2008 - The Wake Forest Town Hall and other administrative offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 27 and 28, for the Thanksgiving holiday. Police services will not be interrupted.
Wake Forest bus service, including the Wake Forest-Raleigh Express and the Wake Forest Loop, will not be provided Nov. 27-28 but will resume its normal schedule Monday, Dec. 1.
The collection of garbage and recycling for the week of Nov. 24 will change as follows:
Normal Collection Day
Thanksgiving Week
Thursday
Friday, Nov. 28
Friday
Saturday, Nov. 29
Residents should place yard waste at the curb by Monday, Nov. 24 for pick-up by Wednesday, Nov. 26.
Town offices will re-open Monday, Dec. 1 at 8 am.
