RALEIGH, N.C. -
Today is the deadline for a Raleigh developer to come up with financing for a downtown project.
The Reynolds Tower is supposed to go up at 301 Hillsborough Street and will include a hotel, retail and condos.
The city gave Hillsborough Street Partners until today to get financing, with construction starting next year.
