WAKE COUNTY, N.C. -

A Raleigh man turned a $10 investment into a $35,000 return.

In 2007, George Huger bought the domain name http://www.georgewbushlibrary.com/.

The site is the future home of President Bush's Presidential Library Web site.

Yuma Solutions, the sites contracted developers, accidently let the site name expire and this week, Huger sold the domain back to Yuma for $35,000.

"The Lawyers wanted $50,000 for it and that probably would have been more appropriate," Huger said about the deal, "but I had a good deal of sympathy for the gentleman from Yuma who lost the domain. He was in a lot of hot water with his clients.

"So, just kind of (as) a professional courtesy, I didn't want to hold the guy over the coals."

Huger used part of the money to buy lifetime season tickets to N.C. State football games.

The rest will go to growing an internet business he owns.
