GARNER, N.C. -
The Rand-Bryan House broke ground Friday.
The house is being renovated to host special events, business meetings and weddings.
The grounds will also be available for special events.
The owners say they didn't want to see this land developed but wanted to find a way to perverse it and still have it be income producing.
The project is scheduled to be completed this summer.

I have already attended many "events" at this wonderful house, which belonged to my aunt and uncle ... many large family dinners, ice cream suppers, reunions and more. It is a beautiful, gracious, welcoming place and it is wonderful to see that it will be available to the community.
