Realtors with homes in Holly Springs banded together to fight back against the sluggish economy.
Saturday, eight realtors held a joint open house to show off homes in the Holly Glen neighborhood.
Potential home-buyers could win a $25 gas card and other prizes.
In February, the realtors held a "Mardi Gras" themed open house and sold several houses as a result.
Realtor Lynn Gardiner said the joint events help attract buyers.
"There's a lot of people who have been looking at these houses," Gardiner said. "Some have looked at them multiple times and they've realized, we're pretty much there. The houses aren't going anywhere. They're not gonna go down too much further. Our economy here is fairly stable."
Realtors say even when the economy gets better they may continue to have joint events.
