Crowds converged on the Raleigh Convention Center Sunday for three Wake County high school graduations.
Seniors from Apex, Holly Springs, and Panther Creek High Schools received their diplomas Sunday.
Vendors near the convention center say graduations bring thousands of people to the area and boost their business.
"Some events have exceeded our expectations. Some have not. But the ones that have exceeded have been just phenomenal," said Alison Squires, who sells hot dogs in front of the center.
But Sunday's ceremonies are the last of Wake County's graduations for now.
More than 8,000 students graduated this year.
