A former North Carolina Highway Patrol trooper, accused of DWI earlier this year is facing the same charges again.
John C. Fogg, 40, was arrested by Garner Police around 1:30 a.m. Sunday after being involved in a single vehicle wreck.
Sgt. Chris Clayton said Fogg was charged with DWI, impersonating a law enforcement officer and for having no driver's license.
Fogg was charged in June after he collided with another car in Durham. He had a blood alcohol level of .17 and was charged with DWI.

those who know all the solutions to any problem never become part of the solution for that problem. if you are unhappy with the cop force, quit you job, join them and correct all the ills.

After a spotless driving record for 20+ years, John Fogg tickets me for my first ever speeding ticket last year of which to this day I dispute as being even vaguely accurate. Perhaps the real law breaker pays this now that Mr. Fogg has compromised the integrity of the badge he should have never had the honor of wearing. This man has no regard for human life.

Why is this surprising ? Another bad cop in NC. What's new ? I would be happy to rid NC of all local law enforcement and fend for myself. I work for the Federal Govt. and see things most people are fortunate enough not to see. Most troopers, county and city cops are uneducated bullies with a chip on their shoulder.
