RALEIGH, N.C. -
Raleigh Police arrested James Harold Courtney III, 43, Monday in connection with the Oct. 31 death of James Carol Deberry.
Shortly after 9 p.m. on Saturday, Raleigh Police officers responded to a shots-fired call in the 5900 block of Shadetree Lane, where they found Deberry, 32, with at least one gun shot wound. Deberry was transported to WakeMed where he later died.
Police arrested David Eric Moses, 45, on Nov. 1 in connection with Deberry's murder. Further investigation by Raleigh Police led to the arrest of Courtney on Monday.
Both Moses and Courtney are being held in the Wake County Jail.
The investigation of the case is on-going.
