It's that time of year again and we're cleaning house.

YARD SALE STARTS AT 9am .... no earlybirds please.

There will be no items out to see until 9am. We have all kinds of items for sale but the big ticket items that we'll have out for purchase are:

1. a custom built solid wood bunk bed $600.00 featuring two bunks, a solid wood ladder, and three large drawers underneath the bottom bunk. It's a beautiful piece of furniture we hate to part with.

2. brown CR Laine sofa—$550

3. 2 designer wall sconces for tall candles—$65

4. guitar (needs to be restrung)—$50

5. quite a bit of building supplies including OSB Board, 2x4's, aluminum tubing, chimney flutes (the old ceremic kind)

6. set of vinatage china from a Naval Battle ship circa 1940's (8 big plates/8 small plates/8 bowls)—$200

There will be tons of little things that you find at yard sales such as DVD players, speakers, artwork, cool nicnaks and a bunch of other stuff. We have some neighbors bringing over some other things so come check it out and bring some cash. What's ours could be yours!
