CARY, N.C. -

A moving van is outside the home once shared by a murdered Cary mother and her husband, who's now charged with her murder.

Nancy Cooper, 34, disappeared in July, only to be found strangled a few days later. Her husband Brad Cooper was charged with murder last month.

What's being done with the furniture is unclear at this time. Attorneys for Brad Cooper have not returned a call.

A judge recently granted a restraining order preventing Brad Cooper from selling off any of his assets.

Judge Debra Sasser granted the order to make sure he could still make child custody payments.

"The restraining order speaks for itself," Alice Stubbs, Nancy Cooper's family's attorney said in a statement. "The parties have agreed that Bella and Katie will keep their toys and personal items and the Rentz and Lister families will not argue with Brad Cooper about furniture."

The couple's two young daughters are in the care of Nancy Cooper's sister and parents in Canada.
