A Raleigh man was arrested Monday night and charged with fatally stabbing another man.
Officers with the Raleigh Police Department were dispatched to 734 South State Street in response to a stabbing call around 9:45 p.m.
When officers arrived on scene they found Anthony Patrick Graves, 43, with stab wounds. He was taken to WakeMed, where he later died.
Travis Glenn McDougal, 31, was arrested on scene without incident, said Jim Sughrue, public information officer for the Raleigh Police Department.
McDougal has been charged with murder and was taken to the Wake County Jail.
Police say the investigation of the case is continuing.
