WAKE FOREST, N.C. -
Highway Patrol says an 18-year-old was killed in a single vehicle accident early Sunday morning at 12:49.
According to Highway Patrol, Jarret Satchell was driving east on Purnell Road when he crossed the center line and ran off the side of the road. Satchell’s vehicle struck a pole, ran into a ditch and then hit two trees before overturning.
Authorities say Satchell was ejected from his car and died on the scene. Authorities also say alcohol was involved.
