It's been exactly four weeks since a Cary mother disappeared, and was found murdered a couple of days later. There have still been no arrests.
Nancy Cooper's husband said she went for a run on July 12, and nobody saw her after that.
Early Saturday morning, police were out on the street again, trying to rattle somebody's memory, and hopefully get a new lead.

A lot of people in the Lochmere neighborhood say they're glad to see the police doing a thorough job, and expect an arrest soon.
"I kind of wouldn't be surprised if they broke the case at any time," said Harry Jenkins, who lives less than two blocks from the Cooper home.
It's tough for a lot of people to gauge because police have kept very quiet since the first week of the investigation.
Many say it's fine if police take their time; they just want to see them build a solid case.
"The officials have been very forthright in saying that it does not appear to have been a random act," said Kevin Kocher. "And I think most people probably feel that's true."
Others aren't quite as optimistic.
"I kind of would have hoped that more would have happened by now after four weeks," said David Simmons.
He claimed he's not too worried that there's no killer in custody, but he is being cautious anyway.
"I certainly don't leave my wife home alone or send her out by herself or that kind of thing," said Simmons.
Most people in the neighborhood say they have been following all the updates closely, and the most important thing is for police to get it right.
Police said that they can't comment on the investigation, but did say the flyers they were handing out Saturday were routine for this type of case.
