Student Government Could Recommend Expulsion Of Students Involved In Racist Graffiti

Credit: AP Online
RALEIGH, N.C. -

North Carolina State's Student Government is holding a special session today to discuss racist graffiti found in the school's Expression Tunnel.

Four students have admitted to writing the racist messages about President-Elect Barack Obama.

The student senate could recommend expulsion or suspension, but the university will have the final say.

I also agree.  I’ll give my disclaimer….. I am black, if that means anything.  Free speech is free speech Political correctness will destroy this country.  I actually don’t care when people use racial slurs.  It shows me how ignorant they are and I hate being around ignorant people so it actually does me a good service.  We have to stop the “I’m offended” culture in this country.

Does anyone else see the irony in punishing free speech in a Free Expression Tunnel?  as disgusting as these comments are the fact is that there is no free speech when only some speech is free.
