President Elect Obama has made some incredible management decisions. Management is not difficult if your follow these three simple rules.
There are three basic princples of decision making.
(1) Hire someone SMARTER than yourself in SPECIFIC areas.
(2) UTILIZE people in deference to using them.
(3) THEN let them do the job you hired them to do.
President Elect Obama has followed all these simple rules.
I have been in Management for over 50yrs and these simple rules have always put me in good
position to manage effectively.
