RALEIGH, N.C. -
Members of the 21st Century Transportation Committee will review ideas today on how to pay for infrastructure upgrades.
Some of the funding options include increasing the highway use tax and vehicle registration fees.
Another option proposed is to charge a fee for the number of miles one drives and adding tolls along interstate borders.
