DURHAM, N.C. -
North Carolina Central University is one of a select group of historically black colleges and universities which will participate in the Salzburg Global Seminar's Mellon Fellow Community Initiative in Salzburg, Austria. Three members of NCCU's faculty will attend the first of these sessions to be held from January 14-21, 2009. Participating institutions will develop projects related to curriculum enhancement, faculty training, research, exchange opportunities, campus life, and other areas aimed at bringing international perspectives to their institutions, and better preparing students for the opportunities and challenges they will face in an increasingly globalized world.
