The Fayetteville Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a suspect wanted for robbery.

On Wednesday, Jan. 11, at 12:35 hours, an unknown male suspect approached a female victim as she was making a bank deposit at an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), located at 503 Cross Creek Mall, (Bank of America).

The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded the money bag from the victim.
