Join Dress for Success Triangle for the "Success Suits Her" show at 4 p.m., Saturday, April 25, 2009.
Client models will be featured in career attire and sporting Beijo handbags on the main stage at the North Carolina Fairgrounds. The show will help bring awareness to the organization that helps underprivileged women get back into the work force and remain there.
"We have served nearly 200 women since opening our doors last year. These women are getting back on their feet with the support of generous donors and volunteers," said Pat Nathan, Dress for Success Triangle founder. "The event will honor our clients' hard work and perseverance, while celebrating their successes."
In addition to the show and exhibitor presence, Dress for Success will hold a silent auction with a range of interesting and unique items. Attendees will be able to bid online starting April 1. Go to DressforSuccessTri.cmarket.com to participate in the auction. Laptops will also be available at the organization's booth during show hours for attendees to bid online.
For a donation of $25 or more, participants will receive a "Success Suits Her" gift bag with products valued at $50. Examples include Burt's Bees products, Beijo belts, and Mary Kay spa products. Watch our website (www.dressforsuccess.org/trianglenc) for updates on the gift bag contents, as well as a variety of discount coupons and gift cards that will be included. To purchase a gift bag, contact Dress for Success Triangle at 919-286-2128.
Businesses, individuals, and organizations interested in assisting with fundraising efforts and making tax-deductible in-kind and monetary gifts can contact Pat Nathan at trianglenc@dressforsuccess.org.
