RALEIGH, N.C. -
As part of Bike to Work Week, NBC17's Donald Jones rode his bicycle from his home in the Apex area to the NBC17 studios in Raleigh.
Donald is an avid bike rider and chronicles his journeys on his blog Daily Draft. He decided instead of just reporting about the week long celebration, why not participate.
His journey began Tuesday morning by mapping out which will be the safest route to take. After about an hour and a half long ride, Donald arrived at the studios with NBC17 Today's Bill Reh cheering him on.
