AT&T today announced the opening of a new retail kiosk on the campus of UNC Chapel Hill. The kiosk is located on the first floor in the Daniels Building as part of the UNC Student Stores.
"We understand that in the fast-paced collegiate environment, time is precious for students and faculty alike," said Cynthia Marshall, President, AT&T North Carolina. "This new kiosk, located at the crossroads of the campus, will provide quick and convenient access to the latest communications services, which are integral to life and learning today. It is part of our ongoing commitment to connect people with their world, everywhere they live and work, and do it better than anyone else."
The AT&T Kiosk offers students and faculty a comprehensive portfolio of advanced wireless products, including the popular iPhone 3G , quick messaging devices like the LG Xenon and services including AT&T's Video Share, all of which students and faculty can check out at the new location.

"Our kiosk is designed to provide the students and staff with an entertaining and interactive experience, allowing them to test-drive AT&T technology without leaving campus."

Led by Retail Manager Scott Wiseman, the kiosk will be staffed by professional retail sales consultants who are trained to assist customers with purchasing decisions, customer service and technical support.
