Police are searching for a gunman who shot two hotel employees during an attempted robbery in Goldsboro.

The shooting happened at the Hampton Inn located at 905 N. Spence Ave.

Employees Stephen King and Amanda Justice were both transported to Wayne Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

There are at least three suspects in this case: a woman in her early twenties, 5'2 to 5'3, 150 - 160 lbs, possibly pregnant, wearing a white short sleeve top with a hood and sunglasses; a man, 18-23 years old, 5'8 to 5'9, 120-135 lbs, skinny, wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and a bandana; and another man wearing a white do-rag, jeans, a blue and white shirt with hair either in cornrows or braids.
