Have you been recently laid off or company closed? If so, The Pink Slip Networking Party Event is where you want to be!

This event is modeled from the recent "Pink Slip Parties" that have been happening all around the country in places such as Charlotte, North Carolina, Philadelphia, and New York just to name a few. The goal of "The Pink Slip Party" is to host an evening event that brings together hundreds of professionals to hear about current or future opening with local companies in the Triangle. Many of us have been affected by companies that have shut their doors or have downsized throughout this economic slowdown.

The event is about networking and connecting the pink slipped (and those who are nervous about losing their job or anyone who wants to network) with companies that are hiring. This is a casual version of a job fair, minus the tables and the lines. Simply come, network, enjoy some good food, buy you a drink and meet area HR professionals, recruiters and hiring managers in a relaxed environment. With the new technology such as Twitter, Blogging, Facebook & Linked In, we will have a dedicated speaker to teach individuals how to use these services in order to find employment and network.

This is a FREE event for the community. We ask all employed individuals to make a donation to The Antwan Harris Youth Foundation, a local charity that offer assistance to youth in the inner city to encourage career development, job coaching & life skills. Solutions Life Coaching Company partnered with eManagement recruiting to bring this event to the Triangle community. Solutions Life Coaching offer services such as career coaching, resume writing, & public speaking. eManagement offer recruiting services for various industries in the Triangle area.
