Goldsboro Police have arrested two suspects in connection with the attempted robbery and shooting at the Hampton Inn on N. Spence Avenue on June 11. Two hotel employees were shot during incident.

Alysha Jeannette Williams, 20, of 132 Vanderbilt Circle and Jonathan Glenn Sinclair, 16, of 408 Gulley Street have been charged with attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

Williams is six months pregnant. She received a $200,000 secured bond. Sinclair received a $500,000 secured bond.

Both suspects were placed in the Wayne County Jail pending a first appearance scheduled for June 17.

Police said Gary Denard Harvey, 19, of 102 Flamingo Drive, Dudley, is no longer a suspect.
