APEX, N.C. -
The Apex Police Department is working an accident on Highway 64 at Lake Pine Drive.
The accident involves a dump truck and a van. Three people were transported to Wake Medical Center.
Police said the road is open but traffic is moving very slowly and there will be delays.

So what happened? I was working at Food lion and heard the sirens whiz by after it happened!
