The governor signed into law a temporary spending plan to avoid a government shutdown Tuesday night.
The continuing resloution gives lawmakers 15 more days to hammer out a budget and tax plan.
Their new deadline is July 15th.
Government agencies are expected to operate under 15% reductions.
New taxes are holding up the budget as finance negotiators haggle over what to tax.
Once they iron out a plan it will take five days to pass the two-year budget deal.
