BJ’s Membership Clubs in Raleigh and Garner are partnering with the USO of North Carolina to host a supply drive benefiting returning Troops from overseas. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, bar soap, protein snack bars, gum and lip balm are examples of items in need.

After the drive, “welcome home” care packages will be assembled for from the donations. Collection bins will be placed at the front of the BJ’s Raleigh and Garner clubs.

The USO works to enhance the quality of life of the U.S. Armed Forces personnel and their families worldwide and to create a cooperative relationship between U.S. military communities and involved or supporting civilian communities.

The event will be held at the BJ’s Membership Club located at 255 Shenstone Blvd. in Garner and at the Triangle Plantation Drive location in Raleigh.  It lasts until Friday, July 31.
