Construction work on the Hillsborough Street roundabouts will require some road closures this week.

The new Pullen Road extension is expected to be completed this week and, at the time of its completion, Oberlin Road traffic between Pullen Road Extension and Hillsborough Street will be diverted to the new route. This will allow construction crews to install underground utilities on Oberlin Road. As a result, Oberlin Road will be closed from the extension to Hillsborough Street. Oberlin Road traffic will be diverted to the Pullen road extension.

Also, Watauga Club Drive beside Primrose Hall will be closed. Traffic delays on Hillsborough Street are expected beginning at Oberlin Road and heading west due to intense construction activities in the area.
