Bragg Soldier Charged With Sex Crimes With 11-Year-Old

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

Cumberland County Sheriff's Detectives have charged a Fort Bragg soldier with sex crimes involving an 11-year old girl.

Lionel Baxter Killian,34, of HSC 122nd SB 82nd Airborne Division was arrested today, Thursday. Investigators say Killian touched the child inappropriately between Feb.  and Feb. 29.

Killian is being processed in the Cumberland County Detention Center on charges of statutory sex offense and taking indecent liberties with a minor. He is expected to make a first court appearance on Friday at 2:30 p.m. in the Detention Center Courtroom.

His bond was set at $40,000.
