RALEIGH, N.C. -
Owners of a downtown Raleigh bar are expanding and taking on a new project.
The owners of Napper Tandy's have bought Stool Pigeons. The restaurant closed down last week.
The new owners plan to revamp the bar and reopen it as a sports bar just in time for football season. The new location will simply be called the Downtown Sports Bar and Grill.
