Thursday evening, September 10, from 5-6 pm, the town will host an Open House on the proposd new Town Center Development Code. The code will establish revised standards for new development and redevelopment in the Town Center to help implement the award-winning Town Center Plan.

The event will be held in the Council Chambers at Morrisville's Town Hall, 100 Town Hall Drive, prior to the regular Planning and Zoning Board meeting. Town staff and consultants will be on hand to answer questions and receive input. At the outset of the Planning and Zoning Board meeting the consultants will make a special presentation introducing the proposed code.

The proposed new Town Center Development Code includes two basic elements -- a revised zoning text and a revised zoning map for this area of town. To view a copy use the link provided below.
