RALEIGH, N.C. -
Owners of Iatria Day Spa have filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
The parent company of Iatria, HFM Spa Management Corporation, filed a voluntary petition with the state's bankruptcy court on September 8.
The petition lists more than $500,000 in liabilities and almost $100,000 in assets.
Iatria closed its downtown location in 2008 and recently closed its Wakefield and Cary locations.
