The Sanderson Marching Band, City of Raleigh, and our corporate sponsors are proud to continue our tradition of excellence in marching band competition by hosting The Capital City EXPO and The Capital Cup. The Capital City EXPO is a preliminary event offering high school marching bands the opportunity to participate in a traditional competition format with awards by competition class. Eight bands comprised of the class winners and highest scoring bands from the EXPO preliminary event compete for THE CAPITAL CUP. This prestigious award is inscribed with the winning band's name and prominently displayed by The City of Raleigh with a replica trophy awarded to the winning band.

Come out and support our event to be held at Sanderson High School's Gregson Stadium—5500 Dixon Drive—on Saturday, October 24th from 11:00AM to 10:00PM. Admission is only $10 for the whole day. Send an Airgram and cheer on your favorite high school marching band.
