Daymark Realty has announced that Venita Peyton has joined the team as Senior Real Estate Advisor. Peyton brings nearly a decade of realty experience to the organization. She will be based out of Daymark's main office, located at Coastal Federal Credit Union's headquarters in Raleigh, and will be assigned to clients in the Wake Forest area.

"What I appreciate most about joining the Daymark Realty team is that it provides full service, enabling us to serve the total needs of a buyer or a seller," Peyton said. She added, "and now that mortgage rates are competitive again, it allows us all to concentrate on negotiating the best deal possible for our clients."

Peyton has held her real estate license since 2000 and has been a real estate broker since 2002. She previously owned Greater Raleigh Real Estate and is a 2006 graduate of the Realtor Institute.

A resident of Wake County for the past 25 year, Peyton holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from North Carolina State University and a Bachelors degree from Shaw University. She's a member of the East Raleigh Citizens Advisory Council and the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors.
