DURHAM COUNTY, N.C.

With The Woofstock Experience annual Dog celebration and festival coming Saturday evening (September 26, 2009 4 p.m.—7 p.m.), sharing a video of some of the games from Woofstock 2007 seemed appropriate to get you, and your pooch, in the mood to party!

Saturday evening, The Woofstock Experience annual event, will bring dog owners and dog lovers to Durham's Central Park for an evening of fun. This year's theme is The Twilight Bark. A special treat this year will be live performances by the TROSA Band, a local favorite!

Hosting the event is NBC 17 and MyNC.com's Josh Green.

The Woofstock Experience will feature annual favorites such as competitions (Biscuit Toss, anyone? Or perhaps Musical Sit? Maybe Limbo, or the Egg Race is what you thrive in?). This year, award ribbons will be awarded to various furry friends and their owners based on their performance.

ABOUT WOOFSTOCK 2009:

Pet adoption agencies and pet-related vendors highlight their causes and products as well annually. A rabies clinic will be provided this year by Affordable Animal Care of Durham.

Other features are the DOGGONEFAST Flyball Club, Agility with Samantha Seal of Sunny Acres Pet Training, and the City of Durham K9 Unit, to name a few.
