DURHAM, N.C. -
Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative journalist Seymour Hersh is giving his view on President Obama's foreign policy in a speech in Durham.
Hersh is scheduled to speak Tuesday evening at Duke University in a speech titled "A Report Card on Obama's Foreign Policy."
His speech is the first this year in Duke's Provost's Lecture Series.
Hersh received a Pulitzer in 19709 for reporting on the cover-up of the My Lai massacre during the Vietnam War.
