Durham Police are searching for Kandra Monique Fullard, also known as Kendra Umstead, who is wanted for possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver marijuana.
Fullard's last known address is 805 S. Alston Avenue, Durham.
Anyone with information is asked to call Investigator Clark Green at (919)560-4935 ext. 29415, or CrimeStoppers at (919)683-1200. CrimeStoppers pays cash rewards for information leading to arrests in felony cases and callers do not have to identify themselves.

It's ridiculous that our government doesn't open it's eyes to the truth about cannabis and legalize, tax and regulate the stuff. It would put people like this lady out of business, save billions a year in wasted drug war money, debilitate the Mexican Drug Cartels' finances, as well as the Taliban and Al Qaeda's income from cannabis. Prohibition is a LOSE/LOSE program. After 70 years of failure, it is insane to keep trying to make something work that time and time again has proven to not work. Prohibition and prohibitionists are the problem. The solution is to LEGALIZE, TAX and REGULATE. WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!

One can only assume that the previous comments were made because their children hadn't been offered to buy the drug!! Get Real People..It's THE LAW..What if one of the policemen turns out to be the one your comments refer to....and you need HELP???? The D.P.D. does it's job. Period.

Why would I want to call crimestoppers? this isn't a real crime. they should set up a new line called time wasters for this. prohibition will never work. legalize, tax and you can afford to go after the real criminals. like politicians.
