Stephen Blank Presents Findings for the 2010 Trends Publication
Raleigh, NC (November 2, 2009)-Stephen Blank ULI Senior Resident Fellow of Finance will present research from Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2010 on Friday November 13th at The Renaissance Hotel at North Hills in Raleigh. The program provides an outlook on what is ahead in 2010 across all real estate sectors including commercial, residential, retail, hospitality and multi-family.
Emerging Trends in Real Estate is a trend and forecast publication with a 30-year history, and is the most highly-regarded and widely-read forecast report in the real estate industry. The publication reviews U.S. investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas, and other real estate issues.
The report draws on formal and informal surveys of real estate executives, investors, developers, and market experts around the U.S., including survey responses from over 400 real estate executives and personal interviews with over 150 industry leaders. Emerging Trends is also based on the changes fluctuating in the four major quadrants of the financial sector: public equity and debt, and private equity and debt.
Stephen Blank is an author, speaker and former investment banker. Blank brings more than 30 years of experience in the fields of real estate financing and investment banking.
This program is open to the public and will provide valuable insight to anyone interested in commercial real estate--especially students, planners, builders, designers and developers. The annual event will be held at the Renaissance Hotel at North Hills Raleigh on Friday November 13, 2009 from 7:30 till 10:00 am. Onsite registration is available from 7:30 to 8:00. Preregistration ends Monday November 9th.
