Speiran graduated from Virginia Tech University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. In 2005, he joined Mungo Homes, building new homes in Columbia, SC. In his new position, Speiran has relocated to Raleigh to oversee the production staff and construction the company's communities throughout the Triangle Area.
